Why HDPE can be recycled
Chemical structure stability: HDPE is high-density polyethylene, with a regular linear molecular structure, molecular chain with fewer branch chains, this structure makes HDPE in the recovery process, after heating and other treatment, the molecular chain can be relatively easy to rearrange and combine, restore a certain physical properties, suitable for reprocessing.
Good physical properties: HDPE has good heat resistance, corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. After recycling, even after multiple processing, it can still retain some excellent performance, which can meet many application scenarios where the material performance requirements are not particularly harsh, such as manufacturing some non-food-grade plastic products, building materials, etc.
