How do We Ensure Quality from the Inside Out? In the production of HDPE bottles, quality control goes far beyond just surface checks. One key step in our process is Visual Inspection, where we detect internal defects that are invisible to the naked eye from outside the bottle.

🏭 How It Works
At Mingda, during the HDPE extrusion blow molding process, each bottle undergoes an internal inspection using a precision visual detection system. Here's how it works:
Pinpoint Light Source Inside the Bottle
A concentrated beam of light is directed into the bottle's interior. This method highlights imperfections such as black spots, impurities, or wall thickness irregularities.
Rotating Disc Detection Machine
As the light passes through the bottle, the bottle is rotated on a circular platform. High-speed cameras and sensors scan the entire surface for anomalies.
This method ensures consistent internal quality even for high-speed, high-volume orders.
