Drop test
Plastic bottles often fall accidentally during transportation or daily use, so we test the drop resistance of the bottles.
First, we fill the PET bottle and HDPE bottle with water and drop them from a height of 80 cm. We can see that the bottles are not broken; then we drop them from a height of 120 cm and fill them with water. We can see that the products are still intact after the test. Both HDPE and PET bottles passed the drop test.
Sealing test
Through the test to detect the sealing effect of aluminum foil, first, vacuum to 27kPa, for 2 minutes, observe whether there are bubbles, and accurately detect whether there are leaks. We use professional equipment to ensure that all products pass strict sealing inspections, providing reliable protection for food safety and quality.
