Test standards and processes
- Test conditions
Continuously pressurize for 2 minutes in a vacuum environment with a negative pressure of 27 kPa.
- Judgment criteria
Qualified: No deformation of the bottle, no bubble overflow, normal pressure fluctuation.
Unqualified: Leakage, bottle collapse, abnormal pressure (process defects require re-inspection).
