Better sealing performance
Heat sealing induction aluminum foil: Heat sealing induction aluminum foil through the heat sealing process and drug packaging containers (such as PET bottles, blister packaging of hard sheets, etc.) closely combined, can form a high-strength sealing structure, can effectively prevent air, water vapor, microorganisms and other external factors into the packaging, better protect the stability and quality of drugs, especially suitable for moisture-proof, anti-oxidation requirements of drugs.
Pressure sensitive aluminum foil: by pressure sensitive adhesive to achieve sealing, sealing strength is relatively low, long-term storage or in complex environments, may appear loose sealing, resulting in increased risk of moisture and deterioration of drugs.

Heat sealing induction aluminum foil: During the heat sealing process, high temperature can play a bactericidal role to a certain extent, reducing the possibility of microbial contamination inside the packaging. And the heat sealing process is relatively simple, does not need to add a large amount of additional adhesives and other substances, reducing the risk of chemical migration to the drug.
Pressure sensitive aluminum foil: pressure sensitive adhesive may contain some chemicals, in the long-term storage process, there is a potential risk of migration of these substances into the drug, affecting the health and safety of the drug.

Heat-sealing induction aluminum foil: The heat-sealing process is easy to achieve automatic operation, and in the large-scale production process of drugs, it can be well matched with the high-speed packaging production line, improve production efficiency and ensure the consistency of packaging quality.
Pressure sensitive aluminum foil: On automated production lines, more processes and equipment may be needed to ensure the sealing effect of pressure sensitive aluminum foil, and the production efficiency is relatively low.
