A Step-by-Step Guide to Our Workshop Entry Process

In the production of plastic packaging containers, maintaining a clean and controlled environment is essential for product safety and quality. To prevent contamination, all personnel must follow a standardized entry procedure before entering the cleanroom. Here's how it works:

1. Change Shoes or Wear Shoe Covers
Upon entering the shoe-changing area, personnel are required to switch to designated cleanroom footwear or put on disposable shoe covers to minimize external dust entering the workshop.

2. First Changing Room: Storage and Hand Washing
In the first changing room, personal items such as phones or keys must be stored in lockers. Hands should then be thoroughly washed to ensure cleanliness.

3. Second Changing Room: Cleanroom Apparel
Follow these steps to suit up properly:

  • Put on a face mask, hairnet, and dust cap
  • Wear the lower part of the cleanroom coverall
  • Put on the upper garment and attach the hood
  • Check your appearance in the mirror to ensure everything is worn correctly
  • Once fully dressed, personnel proceed to the buffer area.

4. Buffer Area: Dust Removal and Hand Disinfection

Use a lint roller to remove dust from head to toe - including the top and back of the head, back, arms, underarms, chest, and legs. Then, sanitize your hands with alcohol-based hand rub.

5. Air Shower Room: Final Decontamination

Step into the air shower, turn on the blower, raise both hands, and rotate slowly to allow high-velocity clean air to remove any remaining particles. This process takes about 6 seconds. After that, you're ready to enter the production workshop.
