Security design

Design for convenience
Taking into account the user experience of consumers, the packaging of plastic health products should be convenient. For example, the opening of the bottle should be designed to make it easy for consumers to access health care products. For some elderly people or consumers with small hand strength, the opening force of the bottle cap should be moderate and not too tight. At the same time, some health care products may need to be taken in a quantitative way, and the packaging can be designed in the form of a metering function, such as a small medicine cup cap with a scale, so that consumers can take it accurately.
Tamper-proof design
In order to ensure the quality and safety of health products, the packaging of plastic health products should be tamper-proof. Anti-counterfeiting labels and sealed packaging can be used. For example, a one-time sealing ring is set between the bottle cap and the bottle body, and once the packaging is opened, the sealing ring will be damaged, and consumers can determine whether the product has been tampered with by observing whether the sealing ring is complete. In addition, anti-counterfeiting technology can also be used, such as anti-counterfeiting two-dimensional codes, laser anti-counterfeiting labels, etc., so that consumers can verify the authenticity of products.
