Product Structure and Composition

This sealing disc is composed of multiple laminated layers, each serving a specific function:

  • Polyester (PET) layer – Offers mechanical strength and smooth surface appearance
  • PE foam layer – Provides cushioning and improves sealing contact
  • Aluminum foil layer – Delivers an excellent moisture and oxygen barrier
  • Polyester heat-seal film – Ensures strong bonding with the bottle mouth upon heat sealing

All layers are bonded using adhesive to form a functional and reliable seal liner, compatible with PET bottle mouths. The structure protects the contents from humidity, oxidation, and leakage.
