Yes. To ensure uniform wall thickness, Mingda conducts multi-point testing on each sample bottle. We apply both vertical and horizontal testing methods:
Vertical: Measure along the bottle's height-upper, middle, and lower sections.
Horizontal: At each vertical level, measure several positions around the circumference.
Typically, over ten points are measured per bottle. The maximum and minimum values are recorded to understand the thickness range. All thickness values should fall within the defined tolerance.
This comprehensive approach is more reliable than single-point testing and helps detect production deviations in time, ensuring consistent quality control.
