In large-scale plastic bottle manufacturing, ensuring consistency and functionality is critical.
Pre-Production: Strict First Article Inspection
Before mass production begins, we perform a detailed First Article Inspection (FAI) after machine setup. This inspection includes:
- Bottle dimensions
- Neck flatness
- Wall thickness
- Sealing performance
Only after all parameters pass the inspection do we proceed with large-scale production.
In-Production: Machine Patrol Every 4 Hours
During production, our quality team conducts routine checks every 4 hours on each machine line. The inspection covers:
- Any deviation in bottle dimensions
- Uniformity of wall thickness
- Presence of burrs on the bottle neck
- Overall sealing and appearance quality
This process helps us detect and correct any issues promptly during continuous production.
Post-Production: Random Sampling from Finished Batches
Once a production batch is completed, we conduct random carton sampling for quality evaluation. The sampled bottles are tested for:
- Physical strength
- Cap-to-bottle fit and sealing compatibility
- Bottle body durability under pressure or impact
This final step ensures that only qualified products are shipped to clients.
