Factors affecting the deformation of injection molded materials
Temperature factor: the different coefficient of thermal expansion makes the size of the injection molding material vary when the temperature changes. The glass transition temperature also affects the material properties. When the ambient temperature is close to or exceeds this temperature, the physical properties of the material change and it is easy to deform.

Stress factor: If the flow stress and cooling stress in the injection molding process are not effectively released, the residual stress inside the material will cause the deformation of the injection molding part after release.

Hygroscopic factors: Some injection molding materials such as nylon are sensitive to water, and the molecular chain spacing increases after hygroscopic, the size expands and the physical and mechanical properties change, affecting the dimensional stability.
