Our bottles are manufactured using high-purity, food-grade HDPE, PET, and PP raw materials. During production, we implement strict quality control processes in cleanroom facilities to prevent contamination. As a result, our bottles are generally odor-free or may have only a slight, neutral smell from new plastic, which typically dissipates quickly when exposed to air.
🧼 No Residue Inside the Bottles
We do not use recycled or contaminated plastic, and all bottles go through automated, dust-free manufacturing and inspection systems. Before packaging, bottles are visually inspected and can be air-cleaned or sterilized as per client requirements. There are no chemical residues, oils, or powders left inside.
🧪 Quality & Cleanliness Testing
Every production batch undergoes microbiological testing, infrared material analysis, and visual inspections to ensure cleanliness and compliance with FDA and ISO hygiene standards.
💡 Recommendation
While our bottles are delivered clean, we recommend a quick rinse or sterilization before first use, especially for sensitive pharmaceutical or food applications.
