Do Different Plastic Bottles Have Special Packaging Material Requirements?

First, the thickness and strength of cartons must meet pressure resistance standards. Plastic bottles are subject to stacking pressure during logistics and storage. If carton strength is insufficient, bottles may deform or break. Therefore, we use cartons made of thick, sturdy materials with strong pressure resistance to guarantee transportation safety.

Second, depending on customer and product needs, thicker bubble bags or air bubble films may be added to provide extra cushioning and reduce damage caused by transportation vibrations.

Additionally, for light-sensitive products, packaging may include light-blocking materials or inner linings to prevent light from adversely affecting the contents inside the bottles, thereby extending product shelf life.
