Irrigation pipes are widely used in large and small projects such as urban and rural indoor and outdoor water supply, rural water improvement, farmland irrigation, brine transmission pipeline in salinization industry, water transmission in aquaculture, mine ventilation, water supply and drainage, landscape sprinkling irrigation, etc.

Agricultural irrigation methods can generally be divided into traditional surface irrigation, general sprinkler irrigation and micro irrigation. Traditional surface irrigation includes border irrigation, furrow irrigation, flood irrigation and flood irrigation. However, this kind of irrigation method often consumes large water and has low water utilization, which is a very unreasonable agricultural irrigation method. Now, with the improvement of people's awareness of energy conservation and environmental protection, the irrigation method has undergone tremendous changes. The emergence of micro spray tape, drip tape and other irrigation methods has gradually replaced the traditional way. Now we will introduce several commonly used agricultural irrigation pipes

1. Microjet tape

① The micro spray belt is used to bring the water pressure to the field through the water delivery pipe and micro spray pipe, through the water outlet on the micro spray belt, under the action of gravity and air resistance, to form a drizzle like spraying effect. Micro sprinkler is a new type of micro irrigation equipment, also known as "sprinkler belt", "micro sprinkler belt", "sprinkler belt", "sprinkler pipe", "porous hose", etc.

② Most of the outlet holes of the micro jet tape are arranged in groups with multiple holes according to a certain distance and a certain rule, such as five inclined holes, three inclined holes, three horizontal holes, left and right holes, and no holes. The outlet holes are generally mechanical drilling, starting drilling, and laser drilling, with an aperture of 0.1~1.2mm and a circular hollow shape.

③ Uses: vegetables, mushrooms, nurseries, orchards, flowers, greenhouse crops.

2. Drip irrigation belt

(1) Drip irrigation belt is to use plastic pipe (drip irrigation pipe guide) to send water to the root of crops for local irrigation through the orifice or dripper on the capillary with a diameter of about 10mm. It is through the emitter or drip irrigation belt with very small outlet hole to drop the water drop by drop evenly and slowly into the soil near the root of the crop. Drip irrigation belt is divided into patch type drip irrigation belt, embedded cylindrical drip irrigation pipe, labyrinth type drip irrigation belt and blue track drip irrigation belt.

(2) The embedded drip irrigation belt is a drip irrigation belt that embeds the pre manufactured dripper in the capillary during the manufacturing process, such as patch type drip irrigation belt and embedded cylindrical drip irrigation pipe.

(3) Thin wall drip irrigation belt is used to heat seal the drip outlets of various pressure reducing channels at one side or middle part of the pipe while manufacturing thin wall pipes, such as labyrinth drip irrigation belt and blue track drip irrigation belt.

(4) Purpose:

① It is used for planting crops in greenhouses and greenhouses to reduce pests and diseases, save chemical fertilizers and pesticides, and improve economic benefits.

② It can be used for orchard irrigation to effectively increase yield, improve fruit quality and effectively control weed growth.

③ It is suitable for cotton, Chinese herbal medicine, watermelon, field vegetables and other field crops to improve mechanized planting.

④ Drip irrigation tape can be laid around the ridge, which is convenient for operation.

3. Pe irrigation pipe

PE pipe is known as polyethylene pipe. The pipe systems are connected by electric melting, and the strength of the joint is higher than the strength of the pipe body.

(1) Characteristics of agricultural pe irrigation pipe

① Reliable connection: the pipe systems are connected by electric melting, and the strength of the joints is higher than that of the pipe body.

② Good impact resistance at low temperature: during winter construction, due to the good impact resistance of materials, pipe embrittlement will not occur.

③ Good stress cracking resistance: low notch sensitivity, high shear strength, excellent scratch resistance, and outstanding environmental stress cracking resistance.

④ Good chemical corrosion resistance: the pipeline can resist the corrosion of various chemical media, and the chemical substances in the soil will not cause any degradation to the pipeline.

⑤ Anti aging, long service life.

⑥ Good abrasion resistance: the comparative test of abrasion resistance between pipe and steel pipe shows that the abrasion resistance of pipe is 4 times that of steel pipe.

⑦ Good flexibility: the flexibility of the pipeline makes it easy to bend, and the engineering can bypass obstacles by changing the pipeline direction.

⑧ The flow resistance is small. Easy to handle.

⑨ A variety of new construction methods: In addition to the traditional excavation method, a variety of new non excavation technologies such as pipe jacking, directional drilling, lining, pipe splitting, etc. can also be used for construction.

(2) Use: ① Widely used in urban and rural water supply and drainage projects

② It is suitable for field irrigation in various types of irrigation areas.

4. PVC irrigation pipe:

(1) PVC pipe has excellent acid resistance, alkali resistance and corrosion resistance, which is very suitable for chemical industry; PVC pipe has smooth wall surface and small fluid resistance. Its roughness coefficient is only 0.009, which is lower than other pipes. Under the same flow rate, the pipe diameter can be reduced. The water pressure resistance, external pressure resistance and impact resistance of PVC pipes are very high, which is suitable for piping engineering under various conditions. Cheap and widely used

(2) PVC irrigation pipes can well follow the growth process of crops to achieve modern irrigation. The water consumption for irrigation can be selected according to the specific moisture content of crops and soil

(3) The best thing about PVC irrigation pipes is that they can accurately supply water and fertilizer to the roots of crops according to the characteristics of the current weather. This can reduce the trouble of manual operations

(4) PVC irrigation pipes can deliver more reasonable irrigation water according to the growth needs of crops, so as to ensure more timely and appropriate irrigation of crops and lay a solid foundation for improving crop yield

(5) Irrigation pipes are widely used in large and small projects such as urban and rural indoor and outdoor water supply, rural water improvement, farmland irrigation, brine transmission pipeline in salinization industry, water transmission in aquaculture, mine ventilation, water supply and drainage, landscape sprinkling irrigation, etc.
